But seriously, the process wasn't that easy.
And pictures doesn't tell a thousand words. It's just different from real life.
THIS is my hair colour in real life. SO DAMN FREAKING YELLOW!!
The story goes like this : -
My brother came home with bleached hair. Orange like Kurosaki Ichigo.
He came home all showing off saying how cheap and such, coaxing me.
Like THIS!
I fell into his 'trap' and went to the saloon he recommended.
Damn!
It's some saloon operated by aunties. I wanted to run away then but I thought the results came out good for my brother so I shouldn't be judging a book by it's cover.
Now, not that I'm looking down on cheap saloons. I used to go to this really cheap home saloon and the hairstylist was great! But aunties and fashion don't really go. How can they understand what I want?
Gyaru? Ulzzang? Platinum blonde? Dirty blonde? Blonde like Xiaxue? Strawberry blonde like Jessica?
Heck I even wonder if they know what is a toner.
And I was right.
Lesson #1 : NEVER DISTRUST YOUR INSTINCT! I should run in the first place.
SHE FUCKING ASKED ME TO WASH MY HAIR BEFORE BLEACHING IT!
I knew I shouldn't be (I didn't wash my hair the day before) so I was a little taken aback. But this is also my first time bleaching, I thought "They are professionals after all, they know what's best."
PROFESSIONAL MY ASS*!!
And the aunty working on my hair was so fucking rough with me, tugging and pulling my hair! I seriously swear that my hair NEVER knots. I dyed my hair so fucking many times before and never once it's condition goes worse than being just a little dry. Never knots. AND SHE MANAGED TO KNOT MY HAIR!! Never mind if it was accidental but WHOLE HEAD?!
I know it's hard to work with dyes but HELLO!!! I used to be the hairstylist for my housemates. Dyed numerous head and never once I knotted their LOOOOOOONG hair. I have SHORT hair okay?
Never mind that but WTF she used her fingernails to wash my hair, scratching my scalp!! I NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER SCRATCH MY SCALP. I used to and because of that, it bleeds a lot. And takes SUPER long time to heal. I quit that habit and ONLY use my finger beds to massage my scalp. Never had a problem with my scalp ever since.
Now, my whole head is covered with burns and scabs. T_____T
I am seriously panicking a little inside.
Will all my hair fall off? Will I die? Will it heal? What happens if it's infected? Should I see a doctor? Should I go back to the saloon and claim medical fees? Should I sue them?
My heart aches so much seeing how much my hair came off due to breakage. Not because of the bleach but because of the person handling my hair.
Lesson #2 : Do NOT let anyone you've never worked with bleach / dye your hair.
I am seriously regretting this hair job. :/ I'm not getting the colour that I wanted and I paid twice to what I used to pay. :(
What I'm getting is a Barbie doll yellow. YELLOW!
I want ashy blonde like Gayoon's (left) :
I don't mind it being like this (the lighter colour) :
I don't even mind if it turns white like this :
I don't mind any blonde as long as it is not yellow. My colour now is just WRONG!!
Don't get me wrong. I am happy that I am finally blonde after dilly-dallying for so many years but every time I look into the mirror, the yellow hair pisses me off.
I am seriously hunting for a silver / purple shampoo. If you happen to know where to get one, let me know please. Also, wait till the scabs heal.. I'll then deal with you, Annoying Yellow Hair.
I SWEAR I WILL NEVER STEP IN ANY SALOON WITH AUNTIES WORKING IN IT EVER AGAIN!!
Then again, please don't be discouraged to bleach your hair after reading this. :) If it is done by a good pair of hands, it will turn out great! :D

10 doses of love:
Lesson #2 is a very important point.
Hair bleach is the hardest thing to work with, yet the easiest thing to damage your hair.
Maybe you should now give ur scalp a good rest yeah. (stop bleaching and dyeing for a few great weeks)
yeah. seriously learnt my lesson the hard way. T__T
now resting my hair + scalp and trying to re-nutrition it.
anyways, the yellow colour is fading by the day so i'm kind of liking it at the moment. :)
What ?! brassiness in blonde hair can fade ?! I thought blonde hair only gets brassier and brassier day by day LOL ? Btw you've got your purple shampoo already ?
haha!! i also not sure what's happening. :/
haven't got my shampoo. checked out the website you gave me the other day but found none. :/
Take a look at this. It's a deeeeeeep purple shampoo. Very intense, which might make your hair look silver instead of white. I own this, but i can't guaratee the effectiveness.

!!! why I never notice that before?
butttt I need to pay with Paypal / VISA / etc and I don't have any of that. :(
so I'm going to continue searching in the local supplies shop more.
PLUS, I'm not gonna stay blonde forever so I thought it might be wasteful. :/
I guess you can't get it within KL area. Cause I searched for it when I was blonde. Thats why I ended up buying them online
i know.. :/ if i cannot find then be it lah! LOL!
After a hair bleaching fiasco, my hair was DRY, DRY,DRY. It felt like a brillo pad. My sister-in-law told I would need some intensive hair conditioning to get it back near normal.I had wanted to use the Hydrate Conditioner from Shielo Hair before I destroyed my hair. SO i decided to buy the Shielo Hydrate Conditioner and give it a try. After ONE application my dry, brillo bleached hair, it was shiny, soft and smelled great. My hair looked better than it did ever before. I do this once a week and my hair looks great, the color has been preserved, and I am never trying anything else. Ever.
i see. thanks for the info but Shielo is not available locally.
